When does the right of withdrawal and exchange start?

Your right of withdrawal and exchange starts from the day you receive your goods.

How do I change my mind and request a return or exchange?

You must contact hamphi.com within the first 14 days of receiving your item. Send a message to us by email at info@hamphi.se clearly stating that you want to change your mind and request a return or exchange.

How will the refund be made?

The refund will be made in the same way you paid for the products. This can be via the same payment method or to the same account used for the purchase.

How long does it take to get a refund?

If your return is approved, we at Hamphi AB will refund what you have paid for the products within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that the shipping cost of your original purchase will not be refunded.

Can I return products that I have installed myself?

Products that you have installed or removed yourself are not covered by the right of withdrawal, as they are no longer considered to be in new condition. We at Hamphi AB do not take responsibility for any damage that occurs when installing products on your own.
