When does the right of withdrawal and exchange start to apply?
Your right of withdrawal and exchange as a private individual starts from the day you receive your goods.
How do I change my mind and request a return or exchange?
You must register your return (within 14 days) in our returns portal which you can find HERE.
How will the refund be made?
The refund will be carried out in the same way you paid for the products within 30 days of us receiving your return. It can be via the same payment method or to the same account used for the purchase.
What happens if I don't contact Hamphi.com within 14 days to request a refund or exchange?
If you do not register your return within 14 days of receiving your item, the right of withdrawal and exchange will lose its validity, and you will not be able to request a return or exchange.
Who is responsible for the return costs?
As a customer, you are responsible for the return costs to Hamphi AB. Return costs vary depending on your country and the size of the products. It is important to pack the products well and follow our return instructions to avoid any deductions on the refund.
What are the requirements for returns?
Returns must be in complete original packaging with no damage. Tape or shipping labels must not be attached directly to the original packaging, but only to the outer packaging. The return slip must be filled in and enclosed in the package. Failure to comply with the return requirements may result in a deduction from the refund.
What happens if I don't collect my package or refuse delivery?
If you don't collect your parcel or refuse delivery, you may incur additional costs, including return shipping, handling fees and handling charges. The fee varies depending on the country of origin of the shipment and the size of the products.
How long does it take to get a refund?
If your return is approved, we at Hamphi AB will refund what you have paid for the products within 30 days from the time we receive the returned goods. Please note that the shipping cost in your original purchase is not refundable.
What do I do if I have a complaint or claim?
If you have a complaint or claim against us, please contact our customer service team by email at info@hamphi.se. We will endeavor to resolve any problems and complaints in the best possible way.
Can I return products that I have installed myself?
Products that you have installed or removed yourself are not covered by the right of withdrawal, as they are no longer considered to be in new condition. We at Hamphi AB do not take responsibility for any damage that occurs when installing products at your own discretion.
