1. General terms of purchase

1.1 These terms of purchase apply when you as a consumer/customer place orders from Hamphi AB, organization number 559197-3747, on Hamphi.com. These terms of purchase are only applicable to you who are a customer/consumer and place orders via Hamphi .com.

1.2 When ordering on Hamphi .com, a purchase agreement is entered into between you and Hamphi AB. The agreement is concluded in Swedish. Purchase agreements are archived and kept available to the customer. In order to make a purchase, you must accept these purchase conditions. By completing the purchase, you accept Hamphi AB's terms of purchase on Hamphi.com and commit to following the terms of purchase in their entirety.

1.3 To be able to order on Hamphi.com, you as a customer must have reached the age of 18 since, according to Swedish law, we do not accept credit purchases to persons under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, a parent's permission is required before ordering. We reserve the right to change or refuse an order under certain circumstances (e.g. if the customer has provided incorrect personal data).

1.4 We reserve the right to make final sales and possible typographical and pictorial errors. Examples include errors in the product description, technical specification of the product, table of contents, instructions for use, incorrect prices or incorrect information about whether a product is in stock. This also includes incorrect prices resulting from manual handling errors or technical errors. Hamphi.com has the right to correct any inaccuracies and to change the information at any time. All images should primarily be understood as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to accurately reflect the exact appearance of the goods.

1.5 Hamphi.com as a store and website is owned by Hamphi AB. The content of the website is owned by Hamphi AB, our partners or its licensors.

1.6 When you place your order with us, you provide your personal data. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. Under the Personal Data Act, you have the right to obtain the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. In this case, please contact us by email at info@hamphi.se

2. Prices and payment

2.1 When ordering on Hamphi.com, the prices stated on the website when ordering for the respective country apply. Our prices on Hamphi.com (the main domain) are stated in Swedish kronor, you can choose to see the prices in your local currency. If you are outside the EU, your local VAT on the goods and customs duties on larger orders will be added, within the EU all taxes and customs duties are included. The prices do not include any shipping and payment fees which are stated separately in a clear manner before the customer finalizes the order.

2.2 You as a customer have the option to show prices including VAT or excluding VAT (business customers, customers in Norway and Åland as an example).

3 Campaigns and offers

3.1 Hamphi.com may during certain periods and circumstances offer campaigns that may have more favorable prices or conditions than what is stated in these terms of purchase. Such more favorable terms and conditions apply for the duration of the promotion or offer and cover the specific goods covered by the promotion or offer. We reserve the right to withdraw them at any time. In the event of termination or withdrawal of a promotion or offer, these terms and conditions of purchase will apply without modification. Offers on specific products are valid for a limited time and/or while stocks last.

4. Delivery and transportation

4.1 Hamphi.com delivers in Europe and to the rest of the world, for more information contact us at info@hamphi.se or see which countries we deliver to at checkout.

4.2 Orders received before 13:00 are usually shipped the same day. The delivery time is then 1-5 working days depending on the shipping method and country of destination. Unfortunately, we cannot influence any delays by the shipping company. In case of such delivery delays, we will continue to monitor the order.

4.3 Please check that the delivery details such as address and phone number are correct before finalizing the purchase. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change these details after the order has been packed at our warehouse.

4.4 If the package is to be picked up by an agent, the customer will receive a notification describing where and when the package will be picked up. In this case, the customer must pick up the package within the time specified in the notification, which depends on the shipping option you choose. Notification can be done by email, SMS or regular mail. Normally, parcels must be delivered personally with a parcel ID and valid identification. If you have lost your parcel ID or have questions about the collection, please email us at info@hamphi.se.

4.5 Ordered goods or goods that are out of stock have a longer delivery time, on goods from European suppliers, this delivery time is usually 1-2 weeks. For goods manufactured outside Europe, the delivery time is usually 2-4 weeks. See current stock balance under each product on the website. We reserve ourselves for typing errors and incorrect stock balances. For questions about the delivery time and current delivery time for goods, please contact customer service at info@hamphi.se. Please note that ordering products that are made to order may in many cases involve shipping from an external warehouse and external suppliers. If you wish to make a return or cancel your order due to a long delivery time, you must return your package after you have received it. The packages are automatically sent out when all freight is booked at the time of order so you as a customer must pick up the packages at your agent and then contact us to make a return.

4.6 Hamphi AB reserves the right, free of charge and without giving you a reason, to upgrade your shipping and delivery method for your order. This may be due to changes in the conditions of certain shipping companies that we use, it may also be due to errors in our shipping system so incorrect shipping companies or shipping services are presented to you when ordering.

4.7 If you as a company or private individual refuse delivery of your package that is delivered to you, we charge an extra shipping cost of SEK 1000 (including VAT) to cover any costs from the shipping companies in connection with the change. We also charge this cost in cases where you wish to change the delivery address afterwards (depending on the shipping method, it is not always certain that it can be implemented). When changing larger deliveries, there may also be a storage fee from the shipping companies, this is invoiced directly to you as a company or private individual. The cost is added to any return costs.

5. right of withdrawal

5.1 We offer 14 days open purchase to you as a private person. The right of withdrawal applies to products that are not uniquely linked to specific cars according to special orders or to products with a personal touch. If you regret your purchase within this period, it is important that you contact us by email(info@hamphi.se) where you state that you wish to make a return and which parts of your order the return relates to. Then we will get back to you with a shipping label and return label that you can print and paste on the package to send back to us.

5.2 You as a customer are responsible for the return cost back to us, the return costs are divided into different areas depending on which country you make your return from. Each country then has five different levels depending on the size of the shipment that you return.

5.3 Important to consider when returning: All goods must be complete in their original packaging without damage. No tape or shipping labels may be attached to the original packaging but only to the outer packaging. A return label (filled in with the information requested below) must be attached to the package. If the return slip is not filled out correctly, the return slip is missing from the package or if any of the other criteria above are not met, a deduction of 20% of the value of the product will be made. 5.4 Returns may not be sent against cash on delivery or to an agent, the packages may not be sent directly to our company address, the returns must go through our system to ensure tracking and correct handling in our systems. 5.5 If you choose to refuse delivery in case of home delivery or delivery to your company, a cost of 1000 SEK will be charged for handling and returning your package.

5.6 If you have ordered goods from a North American supplier through us, the right of withdrawal still applies (does not apply to special orders). However, the product will not be sent back to us and you must arrange for the shipping and shipping costs back to the manufacturer in North America. Please note that the shipping costs for this are usually very high. Examples of North American suppliers are Unplugged Performance, T-sportline etc.

5.7 Tesla original spare parts.

Specification of the Order: I understand that each order of Tesla Genuine Parts is uniquely specified and tied to the specified vehicle identification number (VIN) provided at the time of order.

Right of withdrawal: I hereby understand that the right of withdrawal is not applicable to Tesla Genuine Parts ordered with a VIN number. This is due to the specific and customized nature of these parts which are designed to fit specifically to the specified vehicle. At the time of ordering, a warranty claim is established on the spare parts from Tesla linked to the vehicle's VIN number specified in the order.

Careful Check: I understand that it is my responsibility to carefully check and verify the VIN before confirming my order to ensure that the correct VIN is entered and that the parts ordered are suitable for my vehicle.

Deviation from System: I accept that only in cases where there is a deviation from the company's system, such as incorrect delivery or defective product on delivery, a return may be considered in accordance with the company's return policy.

No Warranty on Misuse: I understand that if the parts are used on a vehicle other than the one to which the VIN number belongs, this may affect warranty claims and liability for any problems with the part.

By clicking "Accept Terms of Purchase", I confirm that I accept these terms and understand that my order is binding with respect to these terms.

6. refunds

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal and it has been accepted, we will refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods. We will not refund the shipping cost in your original purchase if you paid for this as it is a shipping service that has been consumed.

7 Complaints

7.1 Please contact customer service info@hamphi.se before returning an item, for whatever reason, for instructions and the fastest possible handling. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have the right to complain about your purchase to us within a reasonable time (but no more than three years). If you want to complain about a product, you must do so within a reasonable time after you have noticed or should have noticed the defect by contacting us. The fault should normally be original and not caused by improper use/handling of the product. Complaints made within two months of discovering the defect are always considered timely.

7.2 To report that a product you ordered from us is faulty, we recommend that you contact us by e-mail at info@hamphi.se. Do not forget to include information such as order number and product number/product name. Describe the error carefully for the fastest possible handling.

7.3 In many cases, we will need to get the product back to handle the complaint. In such cases, we recommend that you send the goods in a traceable and insured manner, as you as the sender are responsible for ensuring that the goods have reached us. It is normally the customer who initially pays for the return freight. If the complaint is approved, the customer is always reimbursed for the return shipping. It is only for approved complaints that we are responsible for shipping.

7.4 You as a customer or company must report damaged packages and products on the same day as delivery, so that you can make a complaint to the shipping company. Hamphi AB does not take responsibility for guarantees that customers lose on their cars when installing various products sold on Hamphi.com. Installation is done at your own discretion.

7.5 If the complaint is approved, we send out new products, if the products are out of stock, we may offer you equivalent products, although we try as much as possible to offer similar products again, it is not always possible. When you receive the new products, you will also receive a return slip that you can stick on the same package to send the broken products back to us. If you do not choose to return the new products, the complaint will not be accepted in its entirety and we will charge you for the new replacement products we send out and the shipping for these.

8. unclaimed packages

8.1 In connection with unclaimed packages, there are a number of costs such as pick and pack, return shipping, handling fees, etc. that we need to pay to third parties and shipping companies. Because of this, we charge a fee (in addition to the cost of the return freight), the fee varies depending on the country of origin. The prices follow the list below:

This cost is added to the return freight of the goods depending on their volume and actual weight. The cost is to cover some of our increased costs from the shipping companies because you have not picked up the package you ordered. That is, the actual handling and administration for the shipping company to start handling a return. Return shipping is added according to the price list above.

This also applies if you as a customer have entered an incorrect telephone number in your order so you have not received a text message correctly regarding the collection of your package. Then it is your responsibility as a customer to contact us or the shipping company for your order before the package is returned to us. The amount for unclaimed packages together with return shipping is deducted from your refund for the order. If the refund amount on the order does not cover this cost, the remaining part will be invoiced externally. If you regret your purchase and do not want to be responsible for this fee, you must collect the package and then return it to us according to the information found under Right of withdrawal.

8.2 Packages to be picked up by an agent remain with the agent for 14 days before being returned to us. For larger shipments sent by half or full pallet to your company or to your home address (usually tires, rims, etc.), special conditions apply, see section 4.7.

8.3 Name changes that need to be carried out after the package has left our warehouse are subject to a cost of SEK 300 and will be invoiced afterwards.

9. Disputes

9.1 We always strive for you as a customer to feel satisfied with your purchase. If you have a complaint or claim against us, we are happy to receive this via our customer service. In such cases, we ask you to send an e-mail to info@hamphi.se.

9.2 Disputes regarding the application or interpretation of these terms of purchase shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and settled by the National Board for Consumer Disputes, or ultimately by a general court.

10. Changes to the terms of purchase

10.1 Hamphi reserves the right to make changes to the terms of purchase. Changes to the purchase conditions will be announced on Hamphi.com. The terms and conditions in force at any given time are available on Hamphi - terms of purchase.

11. Links

11.1 Hamphi .com and Hamphi AB may link to other websites that are beyond our control and vice versa. Even if we have the ambition to ensure that we only link to such websites that share our policies, Hamphi AB is not responsible for the protection or confidentiality and information including personal data that the customer provides on other websites. We recommend that the customer reads the personal data regulations for the website in question.

12. installation

12.1 Products that are installed by you as a customer or in our workshop are not covered by open purchase, as the goods after installation are not in new condition.

12.2 If you as a customer or other third party choose to remove mounted products and other technical solutions installed by Hamphi AB, Hamphi AB reserves the right not to reinstall certain parts if they are considered damaged or broken due to incorrect removal from the vehicle. In these cases, you are offered spare parts/replacement products at a discounted price to replace the broken parts. If you as a customer or other third party have chosen to remove one or more products that Hamphi AB has installed as requested by the customer, we reserve the right to charge you as a customer if you wish to have the equipment or products reinstalled.

12.3 Hamphi AB does not take responsibility for any damage that may occur to your or others' vehicles when you install any of our products on your own initiative. Any costs associated with the installation, incorrect installation or damage from incorrect installation are the customer's own responsibility.

12.4 Vehicles taken into the workshop at Hamphi AB are insured against damage that may occur in connection with the installation of various products. For current insurance and conditions at our respective dealers, we recommend that you contact them directly.

12.5 If cars that are booked in our workshop for assembly are canceled in their entirety (we do not charge a fee when moving the booking time), we charge an administrative fee of 10% of the value of the order. This is to cover the administrative costs incurred in connection with the cancellation of your order in the workshop and changes to the products prepared for your assembly.

13. Dealers/partners

13.1 Products from Hamphi.com that are sold and/or assembled by authorized dealers for Hamphi AB are subject to the same warranty and service that we at Hamphi .com offer you. Please note that assembled goods are not covered by open purchase, as the goods after assembly are not in new condition and packaging is recycled.

13.2 For the right of withdrawal at our respective retailers, we recommend that you contact them directly for current conditions.

Other information

We reserve the right to make typographical errors and changes to technical data that are beyond our control. We reserve the right to change the prices of products without prior notice.
