Right of Withdrawal & Exchange

Your right of withdrawal and exchange as a private individual is valid for 14 days from when you receive your product. Follow the steps below to make your return/exchange.

Make your return or exchange here

Step 2 
Download and print the return document. Cut out the shipping label and the return label. Place the return label in the package and attach the shipping label to the outside. With PostNord, put the return label in the package and just show the QR code to the agent.

Step 3
The return must be handed in to an agent or returned to our business address within 14 days of booking the return.

Step 4
The refund is made in the same way you paid for the products. As soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the return.
