Description

Using the most advanced carbon fiber manufacturing techniques has always been at the heart of Unplugged Performance. For doors, however, security is an extremely important factor in the design. Therefore, we utilize a very special carbon-hybrid construction where high-strength steel is sandwiched within the door itself. This provides a new level of strength and elasticity in side impact compared to traditional carbon fiber doors. In addition, the door set includes the integration of the factory side body design which has been reproduced in carbon fiber. All these details have been done with minimal weight impact. Unplugged Performance could have saved costs and a few kilograms and made a simpler door set but with these features and extra safety measures is something they themselves want on their own cars.

Full luxury interior or stripped down race car? Your choice. Doors are made as genuine factory replacements and include all the details to do so. All factory components can be transferred from the factory doors and attached in the same way. This allows complete installation of factory speakers, electronics, factory glass windows, factory door panels and trim without compromise to cabin comfort.

Each door generates a weight saving of about 7.8 kg or a total of 31.2 kg. If you choose to combine with Unplugged Performance windows, you can make additional weight savings.

The doors can be painted in body color for a nice look or protected with PPF, of course you can just use the doors without anything else to show off more clearly. Contact us for a quote to add these custom finishes or for further preparation of your vehicle.
