Do you have a charging cable from us with a flat (not round) Tesla button that has stopped working?
Then the battery in the button is dead!

You can easily replace the button by unscrewing the glove with the button, disconnecting the button and then soldering the contacts to the new button.

If you are unsure or not comfortable with soldering two small cables together, we recommend that you contact your electrician for help. We can also replace the battery in your charging cable at a cost (to cover shipping back and forth). The replacement usually takes 2-3 working days including shipping.

Delivery

All orders received before 13:00 are usually shipped the same day from our warehouse. Orders placed after this time or on weekends are processed the next working day. Please note that delivery time may vary depending on the choice of shipping method and country of destination, with a general delivery time of 1-3 working days.
