Tesla Cybertruck as Police Car
The Tesla Cybertruck is now being launched as a police car, and it looks like it's straight out of a Hollywood movie with its police wrap and blue lights on the roof.
UP.fit, a division of Tesla tuner Unplugged Performance, specializes in converting Teslas into police cars. After launching the Tesla Model Y as a police car, they now offer police officers the opportunity to upgrade to the Cybertruck.
The new police version of the Tesla Cybertruck comes equipped for police operations and UP.fit has released a first video showing the car's design. The stainless steel body has been given a matte black wrap, and the Cybertruck is also equipped with blue lights on the roof and along the sills. It's an impressive sight that commands respect.
The Cybertruck offers plenty of space for equipment and tools on the truck bed, as well as electrical outlets for connecting different types of equipment. The back seat is spacious and can be adapted to transport suspects. In addition, the stainless steel body is relatively bulletproof and can withstand many types of ammunition. The price of the police version of the Cybertruck has not yet been released, but a police version of the Tesla Model Y from UP.fit costs around $90,000.
