Vorsteiner Wheels carbon fiber parts are manufactured using a state-of-the-art aerospace autoclave system. This provides unmatched stiffness, strength and finish to our aerodynamic components. We differentiate ourselves by using a resin-pre-impregnated, vacuum-formed carbon fiber material that results in a 20-30% stiffer and stronger product than a comparable wet lay-up product.

This technology drastically reduces the number of rejected products, significantly improving delivery times. Vorsteiner Wheels uses a combination of unidirectional, 1x1 and 2x2 woven carbon fiber to keep weight to a minimum while achieving optimal strength and stiffness. The vacuum-formed technology used in our aerodynamic parts draws out excess resin, ultimately drawing out excess weight without reducing structural rigidity. This process provides much better control over fit and finish, giving you the peace of mind that the part perfectly matches the factory-fitted lines and contours.
