Right of Withdrawal & Exchange

Your right of withdrawal and exchange as a private individual is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your item.

Follow the steps below to make your return/exchange.

How does a return or exchange work?

Step 1

Email us that you want to make a return and which parts of your order the return applies to. You can either click HERE or email us directly at [email protected]

NOTE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IN OUR STORE. IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED WITH SHIPPING, THE RETURN MUST BE SENT BACK.

Step 2

You will receive a link to our returns portal where you can complete the return, download and print the return document. Cut out the shipping label and the return label. Place the return label in the package and attach the shipping label on the outside.

Step 3

The return must be handed in at an agent within 14 days of you notifying the return. Otherwise the return will not be accepted.

Step 4

You will be refunded in the same way as you paid for the products. As soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the return.
