1. General Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1.1 These terms and conditions apply when you, as a consumer/customer, place orders with Hamphi AB, organization number 559197-3747, on Hamphi.com. These terms and conditions only apply to you as a customer/consumer placing orders via Hamphi.com.

1.2 When placing orders on Hamphi.com, a purchase agreement is entered into between you and Hamphi AB. Please note that there is no binding purchase agreement with Hamphi AB until you have received a receipt copy or invoice for your delivery. Your order confirmation is not a valid receipt. The agreement is entered into in Swedish. Purchase agreements are archived and made available to the customer. To make a purchase, you must accept these terms and conditions. By completing a purchase, you accept Hamphi AB’s terms and conditions on Hamphi.com and commit to follow them in full.

1.3 To place an order on Hamphi.com, you must be at least 18 years old, as under Swedish law we do not accept credit purchases for persons under 18. If you are under 18, parental consent is required before ordering. We reserve the right, under certain circumstances, to change or deny an order (e.g. if the customer has provided incorrect personal information).

1.4 We reserve the right for items to sell out and for any writing or image errors. Examples of this include incorrect product descriptions, technical specifications, ingredient lists, manuals, incorrect prices, or incorrect information about stock availability. This also includes incorrect prices resulting from manual handling errors or technical faults. Hamphi.com has the right to correct inaccuracies and change information at any time. All images should be seen as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to exactly represent the product’s appearance.

1.5 Hamphi.com as a store and website is owned by Hamphi AB. The content on the website is owned by Hamphi AB, our partners, or their licensors.

1.6 When placing your order, you provide your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. Under Swedish data protection law, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If the data is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you may request that it be corrected or deleted. Please contact us via email at [email protected] in such cases.

1.7 We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, e.g. due to major changes in exchange rates. Products in stock are always delivered at the confirmed price, and if the price changes between order and delivery, the confirmed price applies. For products not in stock at the time of order, the confirmed price applies with reservations for supplier price adjustments or circumstances beyond Hamphi AB’s control. If a new price can be offered, it must be approved by the customer, otherwise the order will be canceled. We reserve the right to cancel an order if incorrect prices are listed on the website, as they are automatically registered. The order overview is a copy of your shopping cart and not our acceptance or confirmation of the order.

2. Prices and Payment

2.1 When ordering on Hamphi.com, the prices shown on the website at the time of order apply for the respective country. Our prices on Hamphi.com (the main domain) are shown in Swedish kronor, but you can choose to view prices in your local currency. If you are outside the EU, your local VAT and customs duties are added. Within the EU, all taxes and customs duties are included. Prices do not include shipping or payment fees, which are clearly stated separately before completing the order.

2.2 As a customer, you can choose to view prices including or excluding VAT (for example business customers, customers in Norway and Åland).

2.3 Svea – Business Invoice

Credit check: When applying for payment via business invoice, a standard credit check is performed, which may include a credit report.

Payment terms: The due date and other terms for the business invoice appear on the invoice. Payment must be received no later than 30 days from the invoice date. In case of late payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 will be charged, as well as interest of 2% per month from the due date until full payment is made.

Assignment: All business invoices will be assigned to Svea Bank AB, 556158-7634 (“Svea Bank”). All payments related to the invoice must be made to Svea Bank.

GDPR: When paying via business invoice, the invoice will be assigned to Svea Bank AB and we then share the company customer’s personal data with Svea Bank. Svea Bank is the data controller for the claims we have transferred to Svea Bank. 3. Campaigns and Offers

3.1 Hamphi.com may, during certain periods and circumstances, offer campaigns with more favorable prices or terms than stated in these terms and conditions. Such favorable terms apply as long as the campaign or offer is valid and cover the specific products included. We reserve the right to withdraw these at any time. When a campaign or offer ends, these terms and conditions apply without modifications. Offers on specific products are valid for a limited time and/or while stock lasts.

4. Delivery and Transport

4.1 Hamphi.com delivers within Europe and worldwide. For more information, contact us at [email protected] or check the available countries at checkout.

4.2 Orders received before 13:00 are usually shipped the same day. Delivery time is 1–5 business days depending on shipping method and destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot influence delays caused by the shipping company. In such cases, we will continue to monitor your order.

4.3 Please check that delivery details such as name, address, and phone number are correct before completing your purchase. Unfortunately, these details cannot be changed after the order has been packed at our warehouse.

4.4 If the package is to be collected at an agent, you will receive a notification describing where and when it can be collected. You must pick up the package within the time stated in the notification, which depends on your chosen shipping method. Notification may be sent via email, SMS, or regular mail. Normally, packages must be collected in person with parcel ID and valid ID. If you have lost your parcel ID or have questions about collection, please email us at [email protected].

4.5 Backordered or out-of-stock items have longer delivery times. For products from European suppliers, delivery is usually 1–2 weeks. For products manufactured outside Europe, delivery is usually 2–4 weeks. Check current stock status under each product on the website. We reserve the right for errors in stock balances. For questions regarding delivery times, contact customer service at [email protected]. Please note that ordering backordered products may involve shipping from external warehouses and suppliers. If you wish to cancel your order due to long delivery time, you must return the package after receiving it. Packages are automatically dispatched once shipping is booked, so you must collect them from the agent before contacting us for a return.

4.6 Hamphi AB reserves the right to upgrade your shipping method free of charge and without notice. This may be due to changes in shipping company terms or errors in our shipping system.

4.7 If delivery is refused, an additional fee of SEK 1,000 (incl. VAT) will be charged to cover handling and storage fees from the shipping company. This fee also applies if you wish to change the delivery address afterward (depending on the method, it may not always be possible). For larger deliveries, additional storage fees from carriers may apply and will be invoiced directly to you. This cost is added to any return costs.

4.8 Particularly large shipments, such as roof boxes, rear boxes, bicycle racks, and other bulky products delivered with home delivery, are not covered by free shipping over SEK 1,000. The shipping cost for these items is shown at checkout and varies depending on your delivery destination.

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1 We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for private customers (not businesses). The right of withdrawal does not apply to products uniquely linked to specific cars through special orders or products with a personal customization. If you regret your purchase within this period, contact us at [email protected] and state that you wish to make a return and which items you wish to return. You will then receive access to our return portal where you can download a return label and a personalized return slip to include in the package. After 14 days, we offer store credit for up to 31 days; any return shipping costs will be deducted from your credit.

5.2 You are responsible for the return shipping cost. The cost depends on the size of the package. Please note that you are responsible for the package until it reaches us, so pack it securely!

Package under 3 kg (volumetric weight): 100 SEK
Package 3–50 kg (volumetric weight): 200 SEK
Package with one side exceeding 120 cm but not 150 cm: 300 SEK
Package with one side exceeding 150 cm but not 180 cm: 1,500 SEK
Packages exceeding 180 cm, 50 kg, or length + girth over 300 cm must be arranged by you in consultation with us.

Return shipping costs – Denmark
Package under 3 kg (volumetric weight): 150 DKK
Package 3–50 kg (volumetric weight): 200 DKK
Package with one side exceeding 120 cm but not 150 cm: 300 DKK
Packages exceeding 150 cm, 50 kg, or length + girth over 300 cm must be arranged by you in consultation with us.

Return shipping costs – Norway
Package under 3 kg (volumetric weight): 300 NOK
Package 3–50 kg (volumetric weight): 500 NOK
Package with one side exceeding 120 cm but not 150 cm: 500 NOK
Packages exceeding 150 cm, 50 kg, or length + girth over 300 cm must be arranged by you in consultation with us.

Return shipping costs – Finland and other European countries
Package under 3 kg (volumetric weight): 20 EUR
Package 3–50 kg (volumetric weight): 30 EUR
Package with one side exceeding 120 cm but not 150 cm: 40 EUR
Packages exceeding 150 cm, 50 kg, or length + girth over 300 cm must be arranged by you in consultation with us.


How is volumetric weight calculated?
In some cases, volume is converted into weight. A package may be light but still require significant handling resources. For this reason, we convert volume into weight by equating each cubic meter with 280 kg.

Example of volumetric weight calculation:
A package measuring 0.5 × 0.5 × 0.5 m has a volume of 0.125 m³. To calculate volumetric weight, multiply the volume by 280 kg (0.125 × 280 = 35 kg). If the actual weight of the package is 18 kg, you pay shipping for 35 kg (the greater of actual or volumetric weight).

In the example above, the return would cost 200 SEK since the volumetric weight is between 3–50 kg and no side exceeds 120 cm.

Please note that you are responsible for the package until it reaches us, so pack it securely!

5.3 All products must be returned in their original packaging without damage. Tape and labels may only be attached to the outer packaging. The return slip must be included from the return portal. If the slip is not filled out correctly, missing, or any of the above criteria are not met, we reserve the right to deduct 20% of the product’s value. From the time you receive the return label, the package must be handed in within 14 days, otherwise the return will not be approved.

5.4 Returns may not be sent cash on delivery or directly to our business address; they must go through our return system to ensure proper handling. If these conditions are not met, the return will not be approved.

5.5 For orders from North American suppliers or Maxton Design, the right of withdrawal applies (except for special orders), but products must be returned directly to the manufacturer. You are responsible for arranging return shipping. Examples of North American suppliers: Unplugged Performance, T-sportline, Rally Armour.

Please note that return shipping costs are often very high. We can arrange return labels within Europe for returns to Maxton Design at the following prices:
One side exceeding 120 cm but not 150 cm: 1500 SEK
One side exceeding 150 cm but not 180 cm: 2000 SEK
One side exceeding 180 cm but not 200 cm: 2500 SEK
One side exceeding 200 cm but not 300 cm: 3000 SEK

5.6 Tesla Original Spare Parts

Tesla original spare parts are ordered with a specified VIN number and are therefore custom-made. The right of withdrawal does not apply. Always ensure the VIN number is correct before ordering. Returns are only accepted in cases of incorrect delivery or defective products, in line with our return policy.

5.7 If an order is placed with company details (e.g. company name or organization number), it is considered a business order. The right of withdrawal does not apply. If a return is denied, return shipping will be charged as above. If you want the goods returned to you, new shipping must be paid in advance.

6. Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal and it is approved, we will refund what you paid for the product as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the day we received the product. We do not refund the original shipping cost, as that service has already been used.

7. Complaints

7.1 Please contact customer service at [email protected] before returning any item, regardless of the reason, for instructions and the fastest possible handling. Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to file a complaint within a reasonable time (but no more than three years). If you wish to make a complaint, you must do so within a reasonable time after you noticed or should have noticed the defect by contacting us. The defect should normally be an original defect and not caused by incorrect use/handling of the product. Complaints made within two months of discovering the defect are always considered to have been made in time.

7.2 To report a defective product purchased from us, we recommend contacting us by email at [email protected]. Please include details such as your order number and the product number/product name. Describe the defect thoroughly for the fastest possible handling and attach photos of the defect.

7.3 In many cases, we will need the product returned to process the complaint. In such cases, we recommend sending items in a trackable and insured way, as you, the sender, are responsible for ensuring the goods reach us. The customer normally pays the return shipping initially. For approved complaints, the customer will always be reimbursed for the return shipping. We only cover shipping for approved complaints.

7.4 You as a customer or company must report damaged packages and products on the same day as delivery to be able to file a claim with the carrier. Hamphi AB is not responsible for any vehicle warranties customers may lose due to installation of products sold on Hamphi.com. Installation is at your own risk.

7.5 In the event of an approved complaint, we will send replacement products. If the products are out of stock, we may offer equivalent products, although we strive to provide the same items where possible. When you receive the replacement products, you will also receive a return label to affix to the same package in order to send the defective products back to us. If you choose not to return the defective products, the complaint will not be fully approved and we will charge you for the replacement products and the shipping costs.

8. Uncollected Parcels

8.1 Uncollected parcels incur a number of costs from carriers that we are required to pay. Therefore, we charge a fee of 200 SEK for uncollected parcels, in addition to the return shipping. The amount will be deducted from any refund.

This fee is added together with the return shipping of the goods depending on their volumetric and actual weight. The fee is intended to cover part of the increased costs from the carriers for handling the return of a parcel you failed to collect. That is, the handling and administration for the carrier to initiate a return. Return shipping is charged according to the price list above.

This also applies if you entered an incorrect phone number in your order and therefore did not receive the SMS for pickup. In such cases, it is your responsibility to contact us or the carrier regarding your order before the package is returned to us. The fee for an uncollected parcel plus return shipping is deducted from your order refund. If the refund amount is insufficient to cover these costs, the remaining amount will be invoiced separately. If you change your mind and do not wish to pay this fee, you should collect the package and then return it to us according to the information under Right of Withdrawal.

8.2 Parcels to be collected at an agent are kept for up to 14 days (depending on the shipping carrier chosen at checkout) before they are returned to us. For larger shipments sent on half or full pallets to your business or home address (usually tires, rims, etc.), special conditions apply—see item 4.7.

8.3 Changes to existing deliveries after the package has left our warehouse incur a fee of 300 SEK, which will be invoiced afterward.

9. Disputes

9.1 We strive to resolve all matters in agreement with the customer before a dispute arises so that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have a complaint or claim against us, we welcome it via our customer service. In such cases, please send an email to [email protected].

9.2 Any dispute regarding the application or interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by Swedish law and decided by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), or ultimately by a general court.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

10.1 Hamphi reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Changes will be announced on Hamphi.com. The currently applicable terms are available at Hamphi – Terms & Conditions.

11. Links

11.1 Hamphi.com and Hamphi AB may link to other websites outside our control, and vice versa. Although we aim to link only to websites that share our policies, Hamphi AB is not responsible for the protection or privacy of information, including personal data, that you provide on other websites. We recommend that customers read the privacy policies of the relevant websites.

12. Installation

12.1 Products installed by you as the customer or in our workshop are not covered by the right of withdrawal, as the goods are no longer in new condition after installation.

12.2 If you as a customer, or any third party, choose to remove installed products or other technical solutions installed by Hamphi AB, Hamphi AB reserves the right not to reinstall certain parts if they are deemed damaged or broken due to incorrect removal from the vehicle. In such cases, you will be offered spare parts/replacement products at a discounted price to replace the damaged parts. If you or a third party choose to remove any products installed by Hamphi AB at your request, we reserve the right to charge you if you want the equipment or products reinstalled.

12.3 Hamphi AB is not responsible for any damage that may occur to your vehicle or other vehicles when you install any of our products on your own. Any costs related to installation, incorrect installation, or damage from incorrect installation are the customer’s own responsibility.

12.4 Vehicles brought into Hamphi AB’s workshop are insured against damage that may occur in connection with the installation of various products. For current insurance and conditions at our respective resellers, we recommend contacting them directly.

12.5 If you cancel a workshop appointment in full, 10% of the order value will be charged as an administrative fee. This covers the administrative costs associated with canceling your workshop order and changes to prepared products for your installation.

13. Resellers/Partners

13.1 Products from Hamphi.com that are sold and/or installed by authorized resellers for Hamphi AB are covered by the same warranty and service that we at Hamphi.com offer. Please note that installed goods are not covered by the right of withdrawal, as the items are no longer in new condition and the packaging has been opened.

13.2 For the right of withdrawal at our respective resellers, we recommend that you contact them directly for applicable terms.

Other

We reserve the right for any typographical errors and changes to technical data beyond our control. We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice.
