Producing rear valances is quite multifaceted and its finishing part consists of manual processing, as well as applying final details. The complexity of this manufacturing process is a testament to the care and attention with which we treat all our products. In addition, we put a thorough quality control in place that is carried out on each of our items to prevent the defective ones from being sent to our customers.

The material used in the manufacture of our parts is ABS plastic, which was originally designed to meet the needs of the automotive industry. It is also used in the production of factory bumpers and other parts of car trainers. Such elements must be highly durable and flexible at the same time, and the use of ABS ensures just that. The quality of our components is confirmed by the TUV certificate for ABS, and the TUV materialgutachten certification that a large selection of individual parts have been awarded.
