The screen is the car’s central hub, controlling almost all functions – which makes it smart to give it some extra protection. This screen protector is designed for the Tesla Model Y Juniper and Model 3 Highland and effectively protects against scratches and fingerprints. You can choose between two versions: HD Clear, which is crystal clear and preserves the screen’s original look, or Matte, which reduces glare and provides a softer, anti-reflective surface. Both versions are easy to install, stay securely in place, and do not affect touch sensitivity.

Installation:

Before installing the screen protector, we recommend turning off the AC and making sure all doors and windows are closed to prevent dust from settling on the screen. Then, set the screen to cleaning mode and handle it carefully — the glass is thin and may crack if too much pressure is applied.

Start by holding the protector up to the screen to check the orientation, then clean the screen thoroughly with the included wet wipes. If the screen is very dirty, you can use a bit of alcohol or similar cleaner, then wipe it dry with the cloth. Use the adhesive dust removal stickers gently — place them on the screen and lift off; do not drag them across the surface. Once the protector is applied, restart the car if the screen behaves oddly; it will reset and function normally again.

Hur monteras skärmskyddet?

Innan du börjar montera skärmskyddet:
Stäng av AC och håll dörrar och fönster stängda. Det minimerar risken för att damm fastnar mellan skärmskyddet och glaset. Om skärmen beter sig konstigt efter installationen, starta bara om bilen – då återställs allt och fungerar som vanligt igen.

Så här gör du:
1. Sätt skärmen i rengöringsläge.
2. Var försiktig – skärmskyddet är av tunt glas och kan spricka om du tar i för mycket.
3. Håll upp skyddet mot skärmen och kontrollera vilket håll som är upp och ner (jämför kanterna upptill).
4. Rengör skärmen med våtservetten. Är den extra smutsig kan du använda lite T-röd eller liknande.
5. Torka torrt med den torra trasan tills ytan är helt ren och blank. Använd klisterlapparna för att ta bort dammkorn. Tryck lätt mot skärmen, lyft bort och upprepa runt hela ytan. Dra inte klisterlappen längs skärmen – då kan klistret fastna.
6. När allt är rent och dammfritt kan du försiktigt placera skärmskyddet på plats.

Ska jag välja matt eller blankt skärmskydd?

Det matta skärmskyddet minskar blänk och ger en mjukare, bländfri yta medan HD Clear är kristallklar och bevarar skärmens ursprungliga utseende. Båda varianterna är enkla att montera, sitter säkert på plats och påverkar inte pekfunktionen.
