To optimize and be as time-efficient during long drives, we recommend that you start charging at 5-10% battery and charge up to 70% before you start rolling on to the next charging station. But if you haven't yet had time to go to the toilet and buy coffee, the car can absolutely continue to charge up to 100%. Then just think about raising the charge level in the car. If there is a high load at the station in general, the car will automatically lower your charge level to 80%.

- Supercharging is not free. The Tesla app and the car's display show the cost of the charge. Make sure you have connected a valid payment card to your Tesla account.
- If there is a queue at the charging station, try to move your car as soon as charging is complete to make room for others.
