Mountain Pass Performance - Model 3/Y bremseskiver bak

We are producing the same beautiful design as our Page Mill 365mm Front Big Brake Kit, for the rear of the Model 3 and Y. These rotors are the same diameter and thickness as your stock rotors, but offer the benefits of a lightweight aluminum tophat and curved directional vanes for significantly improved cooling. As these rotors are the same diameter as factory, any wheels that fit with the OEM brakes will also fit with these rotors.

While the rear brakes are significantly less of an issue than the front brakes on the Model 3 and Y, the rears do get to the limit on the racetrack. The pad wear is extremely rapid at elevated temperatures, and so a curved vane disc with improved airflow goes a long way to improving rear pad life under aggressive driving and keeping the brakes inside of their thermal window. The slotted discs also help clean the pads, prevent glazing and ensure the pads are as consistent as possible.

These rotors install very quickly, any competent shop will be able to do this job quickly. The only caution is to be sure the parking brake is disabled so that it does not try to apply while the caliper is unbolted from the car.

Weight reduction: OEM Rear Rotor: 16.88lb, MPP Rear Rotor: 13.09lb

We also highly recommend our Page Mill 365mm front brake kit to go along with these rear discs. You can see those rotors here: Page Mill 365mm Big Brake Kit
