This charging cable is Type 2 to Type 2 (Mode 3) for charging at public charging stations and charging boxes with Type 2 sockets. Suitable for all electric cars and electric hybrids that have a Type 2 plug in the car and a charging station with a Type 2 socket.

By pressing a button on the cable, you automatically open the charging hatch on your Tesla, which allows you to plug in the charging cable without having to enter the car / app to unlock the charging hatch. The same button can also interrupt charging and unlock the charger to disconnect (the car must be unlocked).

The charging cables are assembled by hand in Belgium which guarantees high quality and safety compared to many other Chinese cables. The cable is also CE approved and follows the IP-67 classification to be used in rainy weather. It is also on average 20% lighter compared to other cables from the Chinese market. All cables are quality assured and tested in the factory before arriving at our warehouse which is important to guarantee the high quality and safety of this charging cable.

Battery for the button to the charger is sold as a spare part and is not under warranty.

The open button is compatible with Tesla Model S, 3, X & Y.
