Calibrate window
If the unusual should happen that a window behaves unexpectedly (contacts the chrome trim, doesn't open and close as normal, moves down more than normal when the door is opened, etc.), you can calibrate it to possibly fix the problem.
Calibrate a window:
- Close the door with the affected window.
- Sit in the driver's seat and close the driver's door.
- Use the window controls on the driver's door to raisethe relevant window until it stops.
- Use the window controls on the driver's door to lowerthe relevant window until it stops.
- Repeat step 3 and raise the affected window until it stops.
By now the window should have been calibrated. If the problem persists after the calibration procedure has been performed a couple of times, tryInspect the entry light. If it does not work, contact Tesla.
