First generation mobile connection status lights

Under normal conditions when charging is in progress, the mobile connection lights are lit in turn and the red light is disabled. Identify problems by paying attention to these lights.

Note: In some cases, you may need to reset the device by pressing the button RESET located on the back.

  • Green light: All lights rolling, Red light: Off

What does it mean: Loading in progress.

Here's how: Nothing. The mobile connection is loading.

  • Green light: All on, Red light: Off

What does it mean: The power is on. The mobile connection is powered but not charging or scheduled charging has been enabled.

To do this: Make sure that the mobile connection is connected to the vehicle.

  • Green light: Off, Red light: 1 blink

What does it mean: Grounding fault. Electrical current is leaking through a potentially unsafe path.

To do this: This should reset automatically within 15 minutes. If not, make sure no one is in the vehicle or touching the outside of it, then press the RESET button.

  • Green light: Off, Red light: 2 blinks

What does it mean: Automatic check failed.

To do this: Unplug the mobile connection from the vehicle and press the RESET button. Plug the mobile connection back into the vehicle. If the problem persists, unplug the mobile connection from both the vehicle and the power outlet, then plug it back in. When reconnecting it, always plug it into the power socket first.

  • Green light: Off, Red light: 3 blinks

What does it mean: The contactor did not work.

To do this: Unplug the mobile connection from the vehicle and wait 10 seconds. If the problem persists, contact the nearest Service Center.

  • Green light: Off, Red light: 4 flashes

What does it mean: The grounding monitoring circuit has detected a lack of grounding.

To do this: Make sure that the electrical outlet is properly grounded. Try connecting to a different socket. If you are unsure, ask an electrician.

  • Green light: Off, Red light: 5 flashes

What does it mean: Error on sensing circuit.

Here's what to do: Ensure that the mobile connection adapter is securely attached.

  • Green light: Off, Red light: 6 flashes

What does it mean: Heating error.

Here's how: Consider charging in a cooler place, such as indoors or in the shade.

  • Green light: Off, Red light: More than 6 flashes

What does it mean: The mobile connection may need to be repaired.

To do this: Contact the nearest Service Center.

  • Green light: Off, Red light: Off

What does it mean: No power.

To do this: Unplug the mobile connection and check that there is power in the power socket.
