We recommend the roof strip!
The roof strip is a protective product that we recommend to all our customers, partly to reduce the noise level in the car at higher speeds while at the same time protecting against stone chips at the edge of the glass roof in a neat and effective way.
Stone chips that hit the edge of the glass roof have a higher risk of causing cracks in the glass roof and when the glass roof does not go on the glass insurance but is considered part of the car's construction, it is car damage that goes in or the insurance's full deductible. This is usually around SEK 10-15 thousand, unlike glass insurance, which usually has a deductible of around SEK 1500.
We mainly have two different roof moldings, one that fits if you have the correct gap between your glass roof and windshield and a roof molding that fits regardless of the size of the gap, please read more in the description under each roof molding below:

In addition to the roof strip, we also recommend that you put PPF on the glass roof to protect against stone chips straight on the glass roof or at the front edge in particular. The risk of stone chips is not as great when it hits the glass roof at a flat angle, but damage can still occur.
