Cold degreasing or alkaline degreasing, what to consider?
When washing your car, it is important that you do not apply degreasing in the wrong places, mainly cold degreasing but also alkaline degreasing.
1. avoid lamps and plastic parts, these risk cracking if you apply degreasing and do not rinse off directly.
2. Avoid degreasing on black moldings around windows and doors, these risk becoming discolored. A golden rule for degreasing is to apply only to painted surfaces below the door handles.
3. avoid applying in direct sunlight and do not allow the degreaser to dry on the paint, it is better to apply more degreaser or rinse with water.
