Making rear valances is not a simple procedure. The last aspect of their production consists of manual processing, as well as adding the finishing touches. This complexity speaks for the accuracy and care with which we approach the manufacture of our components. In addition, to prevent as many suboptimal parts as possible from being sent out to our customers, we used a rigorous quality control process that is carried out on each individual product just before delivery.

The material used in the creation of our trim products is ABS plastic, which was originally designed for use in the automotive industry. It is often used in the manufacture of factory bumpers and other components of the vehicle body that are required to be highly durable, while remaining quite flexible at the same time. As a confirmation of the feel of our elements, the material from which they are made has received TUV certification, and the items themselves are certified with TAILEGUTACHTEN/ABE. Each part that has a given certificate is marked with a red mark above the product code.
