The manufacture of splitters is a multifaceted procedure. The very last step in this process is manual processing and adding final details. This is a testament to the care and precision with which we treat all of our elements. In addition, we subject each and every one of our components to a rigorous quality control to ensure that as many suboptimal items as possible are prevented from ever reaching our customers.

The ABS plastic from which our parts are made is intended to be used primarily in the automotive industry. It is often used when it comes to manufacturing factory bumpers and other body components. Such products are exceptionally robust, but also elastic thanks to the application of this material. The TUV certification that ABS has received is a confirmation of the style of our elements, but a number of them are also TUV TAILEGUTACHTEN/ABE certified.
