The vented carbon fiber front fenders are designed for both style and performance, featuring functional air channels that extract turbulence from the wheel arches to reduce lift. Their sculpted design integrates seamlessly with the Revuelto's aggressive geometry, while the lightweight construction contributes to overall weight reduction and improved handling precision.

Vorsteiner Wheels carbon fiber parts are manufactured using a state-of-the-art aerospace autoclave system. This provides unmatched stiffness, strength and finish to our aerodynamic components. We differentiate ourselves by using a resin-pre-impregnated, vacuum-formed carbon fiber material that results in a product that is 20-30% stiffer and stronger than a comparable wet lay-up product.

This technology drastically reduces scrap rates, significantly improving delivery times. Vorsteiner Wheels utilize a combination of unidirectional, 1x1 and 2x2 woven carbon fiber to keep weight to a minimum while achieving optimal strength and stiffness. The vacuum forming technology used in our aerodynamic parts draws out excess resin, ultimately drawing out excess weight without reducing structural stiffness. This process provides much greater control over the fit and finish, giving you the peace of mind that the part will perfectly match the factory lines and contours.
