Lamborghini Aventador Zaragoza Edizione Aero Rear Diffuser

Vorsteiner Wheels Carbon Fiber Aero Advantage:

To bring the most innovative, advanced and distinctive aerodynamic parts to the market, Vorsteiner Wheels carbon fiber parts are manufactured using a state-of-the-art aerospace autoclave system. This provides unmatched stiffness, strength and finish to our aerodynamic components. We differentiate ourselves by using a resin-pre-impregnated, vacuum-formed carbon fiber material that results in a 20% - 30% stiffer and stronger product than a comparable wet lay-up product.

This technology drastically reduces scrap rates and significantly improves delivery times. Vorsteiner Wheels uses a combination of unidirectional, 1x1 and 2x2 woven carbon fiber to keep weight to a minimum while achieving optimal strength and stiffness. The vacuum forming technology used in our aerodynamic parts draws in our excess resin, ultimately removing excess weight without reducing structural rigidity. This process provides much greater control over the fit and finish, giving you peace of mind that the part perfectly matches the factory-fitted lines and contours.

Lamborghini Aventador Zaragoza Wing Blade:

Our Lamborghini Aventador Zaragoza Active Aerodynamic Rear Wing produces NO warning indicators and works harmoniously with the factory-fitted active aerodynamics in all positions. The two-piece ultra-rigid autoclave carbon fiber wing element replaces the original fitted deck lid for a complete bolt-on installation. The Lamborghini Aventador wing supports are available in T-6061 aluminum or an all-carbon fiber version that mounts from the top of the wing blade for added stability. Unparalleled handmade carbon fiber components for Italian luxury brands and models.
