Pickup and drop-off of rental products takes place at our place in Borås.

A convenient solution to rent a roof rack for those who may not need a roof rack that often or do not have space to store the roof rack at home. Both roof racks are available for pick-up and drop-off at our warehouse in Borås.

Cancellation
Cancellation of your roof rack must be made no later than 48 hours before the booked time, otherwise 50% of the rental fee will be charged.

Late fee
If you return it late from the rented time, we will charge SEK 200 per day.

Damage
Should the misfortune occur and damage occurs to the roof rack during the rental period, this will be charged in accordance with the extent of the damage. Usually somewhere between 20%-60% of the roof rack's new price. Problems with the roof rack that are covered by warranty do not incur any costs for you who rents the rack.

Keys
Should an accident occur and the key or plastic covers for the roof rack are lost or broken, a cost of 300 SEK per missing/broken part will be charged.

Pickup/drop off
Both roof racks are available for pick-up and drop-off at our warehouse in Borås. This is where we start with the racks and also where they should be returned after the rental period.

Rental period
You choose how long you want to rent the roof rack, keep in mind that a late fee will be charged if you return the roof rack after the agreed time.

Assembly:

Assembly of the Hamphi roof rack is simple and does not require any advanced tools or technical knowledge. With our installation guide you get a smooth and problem-free installation. Follow the guide included in the delivery and use the included tools to assemble the roof rack correctly, without damaging your Model Y.

If you are going to assemble on a roof box or bike rack and want increased friction between the roof rack and the box, we recommend that you supplement with the extra rubber gasket. It replaces the existing rubber gasket that is made for mounting accessories in the t-slot.
