Fastening loops car seat (2-pack)

Fixing loops to mount firmly in the seat frame to facilitate the installation of, for example, a child seat. Anchoring in the loops also enables securing other important and fragile goods in the car. Perfect when there are no anchor points in the car.

60 & 100 mm are tested in consultation with VTI, the Swedish National Road and Transport Research Institute, to ensure correct and safe installation of rear-facing child seats in cars.

What size your car needs is determined by the car and whether the loops should be in the front seat or back seat:

Mounting in front attachment points (most often): 60 mm
Mounting in front & rear attachment point (works in most cars): 90 mm
Mounting in rear attachment points (most often): 100 mm

The attachment eyes are offered in three different sizes: 60 mm, 90 mm and 100 mm. Check the distance to the front or rear screws in the seat to see which size fits your car. If you have a shorter distance than 60 mm, you should choose the 60 mm size for better strength compared to 90 or 100 mm.

The 60 & 100 mm sizes are slightly angled upwards to facilitate the installation of tension straps. The 90 mm size is completely flat, which allows the seat rails on most cars to slide freely back and forth. For the 60 or 100 mm sizes, these may need to be bent to ensure free movement of the seat.

Assembly:

Unscrew the screw in the seat floor rails, place the mounting loop in the rail and screw the screw back in. The mounting screws should be retightened after a short period of driving to ensure the strength of the seat and the mounting loops.
