The handles are mounted on the luggage lid. The handles are profiled to fit perfectly to the curvature of the boot lid on the outermost edges
The spoiler wing is made of carbon fiber according to the prepreg method-the most modern method of coal processing, which is used not only in our company but generally in the automotive industry in the production of aerodynamic elements and monocoques, joints, struggling, etc.
This method consists of appropriate arrangements of coal discs in a mold that is also made of carbon, while the processing is done with the help of an autoclave - where an light and extremely durable chole element is created using pressure and the correct temperature.
The spoiler holders, on the other hand, are made of a solid block of aluminum using CNC milling machines, which cut the elements with an accuracy of 0.02 millimeters-due to this, these elements are durable, have no welds or joints and ensure safe mounting of spoiles on the car.
We send coal products properly secured - in addition to the usual foil that protects the component from scratches, we also use a large amount of bubble plastic and a protective mat that protects the product from shock and vibration during transport.
