Brembo's painted brake discs are provided with an effective anti-corrosive protection that preserves both appearance and function over time. The protective surface treatment means that the discs are ready for direct installation without the need for cleaning.

To ensure consistent and optimal braking performance, brake discs should always be replaced in pairs on the same axle. Replacing only one disc can lead to uneven braking performance. When replacing discs, it is always recommended that the brake pads are also replaced.

For proper running-in, heavy braking should be avoided during the first 300 kilometers or so, so that the brake pads and disc have a smooth and optimal contact surface.
