Tesla upgrades Model Y and Model 3
Tesla continues to deliver. Last night, the company presented a series of upgrades for its most popular models, the Model Y and Model 3. Longer range and new practical features – without any price increase.
Model Y – Sweden's favorite with even more to offer
In September 2025, Model Y became the most delivered electric car in Sweden and also took third place in the overall car market for the third quarter. With a 25% increase in deliveries compared to the previous quarter, Tesla is strengthening its position in the market.
Now, the Model Y Long Range AWD also gets a boost in range, from 586 km to 629 km (WLTP). For families and commuters, this makes the Model Y an even more attractive choice, with fewer charging stops on long journeys.

Model 3 - new technology and longer range in all versions
For the Model 3, the upgrades are all about function and efficiency:
- New forward-facing camera: Integrated into the front panel, with its own washer and heater to always provide a clear view, even in rain and snow
- New turn signal lever: For easier and more precise control
- Longer range on all versions thanks to battery packs with higher energy density
Improved range on Model 3 (WLTP):
- Rear-wheel drive: up to 554 km (18")
- Long Range RWD: up to 750 km (18")
- Long Range AWD: up to 716 km (18")
- Performance: up to 571 km
