How to book a service

Booking a service visit is easy with the mobile app. After tapping Book service, select the type of service needed and follow the instructions in the mobile app. Please provide as much detail as possible to help the service team better identify the cause of your issue, such as:

  • Photos, audio recordings or videos.
  • Date, time and time zone when the error occurred.
  • Country of use and location.
  • Approximate speed at which the vehicle was traveling (if applicable).
  • Environmental conditions (rain, snow, cold, etc.).
  • Road name and type (if applicable).
  • Quality of lane markings (if applicable).
  • Applicable vehicle settings.
  • Identifiable symptoms.
