With an OBD CAN-bus adapter or diagnostic cable, you can get the correct connection for your Tesla’s CAN-bus. For example, you can connect it to a driving log for work, add light bars with cool effects, or connect an MX+ adapter to access in-depth data about your car. View everything from your battery’s capacity and temperature to detailed energy consumption and current range.
The MX+ adapter is required to read the data using an iPhone or Android device, and the ScanMyTesla app is available on the App Store and Google Play (required to interpret the information provided by the OBD connection).
Note: The ScanMyTesla app is not included and must be purchased separately from the App Store or Google Play.
