Normal operating sounds

Note: This is a general guide to help you understand common sounds that may be heard from the vehicle during normal operation. It is not a diagnosis of the vehicle and does not constitute a complete list of normal sounds that can be heard. Although Model X is incredibly quiet, it is not silent. There are some noises that the vehicle makes as part of normal, daily operation, and are nothing to be concerned about. Below is a list of possible operating sounds that the vehicle may make, based on where the sound is coming from:

Note: Some sounds can be used for multiple purposes. Use the dashboard to determine the cause of the sound.
