Tesla Model 3 Named 'Environmentally Best Car 2024' at Gothenburg Electric Car Show
The Tesla Model 3 Highland has been named 'Environmental Best Car 2024' by Green Mobilists. The award was presented during an electric car fair in Gothenburg last Friday.
Among 26 candidates, the Model 3 took first place, with the MG 4 and VW ID.3 and Cupra Born, almost identical models under different names, in second and third place respectively.
The jury for this year included well-known figures such as Mattias Goldmann, Eva Sunnerstedt, Alrik Söderlind, Astrid Linder, Per Gyllenspetz and the Green Mobilists board.
This annual award is based on several criteria including weight, safety and climate impact over the estimated lifetime of the cars.
