Our process begins with leasing the latest car models in the market to develop new products. Depending on the design and properties of the components, we carry out a thorough 3D scanning of relevant surfaces.

After the cars' surfaces have been scanned, raw data is generated, which forms the basis for our design process. This data is used to create detailed digital drawings. The drawings then form the basis for the mold production before the casting of our products.

After the cars' surfaces have been scanned, raw data is generated, which forms the basis for our design process. This data is used to create carefully designed digital drawings. The drawings are then used to manufacture the molds in which our products are cast.

When the digital form is completed, the self -form is manufactured, which consists of large metal molds. These work in a similar way as an oven plate. There, the materials are formed and cured to ensure high quality and precision in the final product.

When the molds are finished, the production process can begin. For our TPE mats, we use exclusively the raw material TPE (Thermoplastic elastomer). This ensures optimal aesthetics, durability and functionality in the finished product.

From the raw material we manufacture thin layers of TPE in the form of large sheets, which form the basis for our carpets. These sheets are then pressed and undergo careful heat treatment in our molds. This process creates the finished rubber mats with high precision and quality.

Once all layers have been applied and the carpet is completed in production, each individual is undergoing a cooling process with water. This ensures that the material stabilizes and enables further processing of the product.

When the entire TPE layer is removed from the mold, the edges and excess material of the carpets are cut down manually to ensure a clean and accurate finish. Then each rug undergoes a thorough quality inspection.

After approved inspection, the carpets are packed and prepared for transport to our warehouse. The cut excess material is recycled and used in the next production batch, which contributes to reduced waste and lower production costs.

When the carpets arrive at our warehouse, we produce our own high quality product images in our internal photo studio, adapted for both our website and social media. Then the products are handled and sent directly from our warehouse to you as a customer, focusing on fast and secure delivery.
